Fees & Promotions: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight, volume, and location. Promotional free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages: Nuvety is not responsible for parcels lost post-delivery confirmation. Customers must report lost or damaged shipments within 48 hours of the expected delivery date for resolution consideration, which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit, subject to our discretion.

Tracking: Customers receive tracking details via email upon dispatch, with real-time updates accessible through carrier platforms.

Limitations: We are not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or carrier-related issues.
